High Performance Team Building

Do You Suffer From the Dreaded Disease Of Silo-itis?

You do if you see these problems in your organization: Missed deadlines, increased customer complaints about unresponsive service, information not being passed on; the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, constant bickering as to who does what, when and how; or a I don't care about you, just us" attitude.

Silo-itis is easy to identify but more difficult to solve. That's because each department, division, business unit or team focuses only on its own work. As a result, each operates in a way to achieve its own goals which can lead to unintended consequences - preventing others from achieving their goals.

Five Steps to High Performance

A team building program must be more than bringing people together to have fun. Rather, it must result in building collaboration within and between teams so that work gets done in new and better ways. What will High Performance Team Building accomplish?

  • Answer the key question, "How can we work better together?"
  • Tap into team smarts to create new ideas and momentum for improvement
  • Get rid of "silo" thinking so the left hand knows and cares what the right hand is doing.

Contact us to discover how High Performance Team Building can build cooperation and commitment up, down and all around.  See some of our recent successes. You too can be on that list of winners.
