Marcia Zidle, founder of Leaders At All Levels, a leadership development firm, works with growing service businesses, nonprofits, government agencies and community organizations who want to be a dominant player when competing for customers, clients, funding or public awareness.

With more than two decades of leadership, operations and consulting experience with a variety of industries and workplace challenges, she brings a sharp business eye, a compassionate heart and project management hands to get leaders at all levels working together and making the right things happen.

She is a career coach and instructor in the Global Leadership Executive MBA in the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. During her career, she has served as adjunct faculty at various colleges and universities teaching graduate and undergraduate level courses in leadership, organization behavior, and human resource development.

Marcia is the author of Career Savvy: Life Preservers for Today's Rough Seas and Tomorrow's Raging Waters and What Really Works Handbooks for Leaders.  She has a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California with a dual focus on organization development and change management. She is a National Certified Career Counselor and a professional member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

As a columnist and speaker on workplace issues, Marcia is available for media interviews, conference presentations and panel discussions on how any organization, big or small, public or private, just starting out or been around the block, can be a Force for the Future!

Finally Marcia's "claim to fame" is living, as an expatriate, with her family in Scandinavia and Australia. In fact, one of her children is an "Aussie". Marcia is a veteran explorer having traveled in over 30 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, Far East, and the South Pacific.
