With over 25 years of leadership, workforce development and business consulting experience with a variety of clients, she brings a sharp business eye, project management hands and a strategic focus to build leadership, in growing professional practices, public agencies, non profits, health care providers and community organizations.

She is a career coach and instructor in the Global Leadership Executive MBA in the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. She has taught college graduate and undergraduate level in leadership, organization behavior, business communication and human resource management.

Marcia is the author of Career Savvy: Life Preservers for Today's Rough Seas and Tomorrow's Raging Waters and What Really Works Handbooks for Leaders. She has a Masters Degree in organization development from the University of Southern California. She is a National Certified Career Counselor and a professional member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
